Professional Requirements

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to  consistently commit to at least 10+ hours per week
  • Availability to work half of your time on evenings/weekends with Remote Agent

Technology Requirements

  • USB headset
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection
  • Non-wireless internet connection (preferred)
  • Chrome PC or Laptop (no Google Chromebooks)

Core Responsibilities

Your core responsibilities will include making outbound calls/receiving inbound calls across various types of campaigns which may include:

  • Cold Calling
  • Verification Calls
  • Appointment Setting
  • B2B Lead Generation
  • Survey Questionnaires
  • Customer Service Overflow
